Yosemite (Chinese: 优胜美地) 🇺🇸

Yosemite—the name itself sounds poetic in Chinese (优胜美地), like a hidden utopia written into a poem. My best friend, Yukun, once told me, “You must visit Yosemite!” And honestly? He was 100% right.

But here’s the thing… where were the waterfalls and lakes? Turns out, visiting during dry season isn’t exactly the postcard moment I imagined. I really don’t like drought season. That said, maybe that’s just Yosemite’s way of telling me: come back again—when the water flows and the mountains sing.
